Adult-Life Planning (ALP)
(Coming Soon)
Preparing for Independence and the Future
Our Adult Life Planning (ALP) program supports youth aged 14 and above in developing the confidence, practical abilities, and support networks needed to transition into adulthood with direction and independence. Through intentional guidance and structured planning, we help young people recognize their strengths and prepare for life after school.
What It Is
ALP is a transition-focused service designed to support teens and young adults with autism as they move into the next phase of life, including education, employment, community engagement, and independent living. We collaborate closely with families, schools, and community partners to create individualized plans tailored to each person’s goals, interests, and abilities.
Who it Helps
- Families preparing for post-secondary education or entering the workforce.
- Young youths and older with autism
